  I have dealt with a number of realestate agents as a landlord with various properties and have often found the service lacking. However inversely I have found Karl and his team to go above and beyond in terms of service. There have been a number of times where Karl has driven past my property to give me his assessment on the gardening or has even dropped into Bunnings to pick up a small item that is needed.
