  I will never get a tax return done by you again. I live in Innisfail, I put my tax in 4 weeks ago and I am still waiting. Your fee for this service is a rip off. I've had a previous tax return done for $80 in the cities and your fee was nearly twice that. I would rather drive to Cairns next time than to go through your company. You take advantage of the fact that we don't have a tax income specialist here in Innisfail and it's disgraceful...you just lost a few clients.
